Kacper Gromulski

Professional experience: Kacper gained experience in various industries, which allows him to have a practical and broad perspective on the real estate market and clients’ needs. He started his career in the automotive industry as a procurement data analyst and later as an MFG PRO Buyer, managing projects and negotiating with suppliers. He then worked in the power industry as a technical-commercial specialist, handling the entire sales process – from needs analysis, through negotiation, to building long-term relationships. This provided him with experience in advisory sales and effective client communication. As a real estate agent, he combines analytical thinking with the ability to build trust. He supports clients at every stage of a transaction, viewing real estate not just as a product, but as a real investment and part of their life plan.

Qualifications: He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he completed both engineering and master’s studies in Management and Production Engineering.

Interests: He has been involved in football for most of his life, playing at the reserve level of a top-division club. Sports shaped his discipline and perseverance. He is passionate about travel, personal development literature, and entrepreneurship topics. He values broadening his horizons and staying up-to-date with the world.
