Jacek Szczeciński

Professional experience: Jacek has over 21 years of experience in the IT and Telco sectors, progressing from developer to IT Project Manager, to Key Project Manager and Delivery Manager. He has worked in distributed teams from the Philippines to the United States. People have always been his priority. He promoted equality, relationship-building, and trust, which translated into above-average results and team satisfaction (confirmed by the GPTW survey in fall 2024). When he discovered his passion for real estate, he left the corporate world to join the Malycha team.

Qualifications: Jacek graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology. Professionally, he worked in the Telco sector (ERA GSM/T-Mobile) and IT (Hewlett Packard, DXC, GFT) in finance, FMCG, and Industry 4.0 sectors. He has completed many technical and management courses and holds certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), ITIL, and other soft-skill certifications.

Interests: A person who cannot sit still – unless tinkering. He loves sports, although sometimes he swaps running for a walk among pre-war buildings with character. He follows the stock market with the same enthusiasm others have for TV series. He loves people – every new acquaintance is another fascinating book without a cover.
