Dawid Małycha has over 20 years of professional experience and is the driving force behind Małycha Agency, bringing to life his vision of innovation and excellence in client service in the Premium real estate market. As CEO, Dawid oversees the sales departments within the Małycha Group and inspires with his passion for real estate and continuous development. In his career, Dawid worked many years in the banking sector (Citi Bank, Nordea Bank, Deutsche Bank), managing sales teams at the regional director and department director level.

Olga Małycha

Olga Małycha is the marketing mind and strategist of Małycha Agency. She has over 15 years of professional experience. In her career, she worked in the banking sector (Citi Bank, Deutsche Bank). Olga is responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and improving internal processes. She leads the marketing team, ensuring a consistent image of Małycha Agency and strong brand positioning in clients’ minds.
